Abstract:
Construction industry plays a special role in the structure of the economy. Housing and all attendant types of construction form a spatial structure of settlement on the territory of the country, create new quality of life of cities, support social dynamics, optimism and are included in the national identification of the population. House and city as a small homeland remain in the memory whole life through.
